House Mouse Autumn Tumble

Well that is the weekend nearly over, but I did manage to get a bit of crafting time. This card I made using a House Mouse stamp (AutumnTumble). I love these cute characters and the stamps are great to work with. The backing papers are from Dovecraft (Sugar and Spice set) and work really well with this image. I have used a sentiment from Little Claires stamp set(mixed sentiments). The leaves around the edge of the circle have all been made using a Spellbinders die(foliage). This is a favourite set of mine. I have coloured the image using Promarkers.

Mouse - blush and sandstone
Leaves - vanilla, pastel yellow, sandstone, caramel
ground - cool grey 1+2

Sarah Kay and Spring is back

This week I have managed to have a bit of crafting time and I made this card using a Sarah Kay stamp. The stamp is called (Spring is Back). The backing papers are from Papermania - rose garden and summer bloom sets. I have added some flourishes using Marianne dies with ribbon and flowers for embellishments. The sentiment is from a stamp set (Little Claires -claires sentiments). I have only just got these stamp sets and are finding they are so useful with a good choice of sentiments to choose from. Well worth it for me.The image has been coloured using Promarkers.

Promarkers used; blush, dusky pink, pink carnation, rose pink, baby pink, denim blue, cornflower, ivory, satin, pastel beige, primrose, marsh green, caramel, cocoa, tan.

Sugar Nellie card - Post Box

This week I decided to do some stamping and used one of my Sugar Nellie stamps - Post box. The backing papers were from various Papermania sets. I have added some Marianne die flourishes. The ticket is from Whimsey Stamps(treasured memories) and the card was finished with a ribbon bow and some flowers. I have used Promarkers to colour the image;

Promarkers used ; denim blue, cornflower, lime green, buttercup,sandstone, cinnamon, blush, dusky pink, primrose, mustard, baby pink, rose pink, forest green, grass, leaf green.

Two Special Birthdays

Today we had two birthdays to celebrate as Laura and Hannah both were 12 years old.This easel card I made for Hannah as she loves the film Titanic.The image was taken from the new Joanna Sheen cd rom (Nostalgia). The backing papers were from the Tim Holtz range - Vintage Shabby. I used a spellbinders die for the tag and the ticket strip on the inside was a Tim Holtz alterations die. The blank tickets used on the ticket strip were from Whimsey stamps (treasured memories).

The next easel card I made for Laura. The image was taken from the Joanna Sheen cd rom (Precious Petals). The backing papers were from Dovecraft(Back to Basics). I used a stamp set to embellish the card as the stamps seemed to fit the theme really well. They were a set of stamps (craft with Stephanie) called -Hollywood Greats . I really like this set as they can be used for all sorts of cards. The sentiment inside also came from this stamp set and was matted onto a spellbinders label die. 

Happy12th Birthday to both girls and hope you both had fun today.

Cat and mouse

Here is another card I have made using the Joanna Sheen (furry friends cd rom). The images on this cd just make me smile. The backing papers are from Papermania (capsule collection) and the flourishes are from Marianne Dies and the tag is a spellbinders die. The sentiment is a papermania stamp which has been stamped and heat embossed,  A few flowers and a ribbon have been added and I think this card would make anybody smile. Birthday card

This card I made for a relative's birthday last week.The image was printed using the Joanna Sheen (Furry Friends CD-rom). I just love the images on here and this has to definately be one of the best. The backing papers are from Hot of the Press(Paper Pizzazz Heritage paper pad). The card has been finished with ribbon and flourishes(Marianne dies) and the border and tag are Spellbinders.
