Autumn Leaf

 

Hello everyone and hope your all having a good week so far.

 

So back to trying to give myself some more time for me and back to my distress inks!! I just love Autumn time and the colours are my favourite ones.

I have used my inks and a leaf stamp from Stamper's Anonymous. I also added some tile letters which I have to admit have been sitting in my room for years!!!

Hello everyone and hope you are all ok.

 

It seems such a while since I last did some crafting but life and routines have changed for me recently and crafting has unfortunately had to take a back seat!!!However I have managed to find some time to myself.

 

I have used distress inks(Worn Lipstick, Mustard Seed and Tea Dye) and a stamp from La Blanche. I have also used a Sizzix on the edge butterfly die. I have added some buttons tied with bakers twine.

I have been making another piece from the online Journal Soup course (details can be found here)which I enrolled on. I'm making the most of some me time this week now the kids are back at school and I have work later on in the week.

Lots of painted layers in the background and the house and trees are from collaged sheets.

Journal Soup Two !!!!

Hello everybody. I must apologise for not having been around much lately at all. Life has been going at a busy pace here and days were disappearing so quickly!!!
I must catch up with you all now!!!

I have recently joined an online class called Journal Soup. This is number two and as I so enjoyed doing number one I know this will be just as enjoyable. All the details can be found here for anyone wishing to have a look.

So this piece is taken from Lesson one.
Lots of painted layers in the background and the house is a collage of printed backgrounds.
I have added a pop of bright red washi tape on the bottom.

Make Time for Yourself

 

Hello everyone. Well it's time for school to go back here after the summer holidays so here's hoping normal routine will resume in the craft room!!!!It's very quiet in my house just now!!!!

 

This project was made using wonderful bright and warm colour Dylusions spray inks. Lots of painted layers and large word stamps(one stamped whole and the other cut apart into separate words) with this one. I think it is important that we all find a little me time somewhere in our busy schedules.
