Blogging to resume...

Hello everyone. So as the title of my post says I am now finished my college course for the summer and I am so looking forward to doing some crafting and getting back to blogging again !! My college course took a lot of my time and my little blog was fairly neglected over the last year !
Sorry to everyone for not getting round to visiting you all as often as I had previously done but I am really excited to look at where you all are now in your crafting.

Today I went to Art From the Heart with a fabulous relaxing workshop with Kate Crane. We were making these wonderful spoon dolls and there are so many creative possibilities with these. I really enjoyed the project.

This is the one I finished but I have lots in progress so you will be seeing more of them. Earlier on in the year a crafting friend of mine also introduced me to these and was intrigued by them then.

So it feels good to be back and have some time to myself again although I will say I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year at college and have learnt so much.

Mini Envelope

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by today.

This is a mini envelope which I have decorated for using on a future scrapbook layout page. These are great for adding to your pages and just the right size for keeping little tickets etc in as keepsakes.

The background has been done using brushos and stamps. I have added other stamped images on top from various different sets.

I am hoping to have a visit to London shortly so will be able to use this then.

Scrapbooking Page

Hello everyone and sorry I have been  a bit absent again lately but things are settling down now and college is nearly finished for the first year.

So I have been playing in my journal and doing a scrapbook page.
Recently I was able to attend an Adam Ant concert and it was amazing !!
I was such a big fan during my teenage years that it felt like a dream come true to actually go and relive this era with all those fabulous songs that I danced around to so much !

Also I was lucky enough to be in the front row which gave me the chance to take these very close up pictures which I just had to put on this page.
